1 ALL Sales Are Final Absolutely No Refunds !

A)  In the event a completed item (built out)  is successfully returned and awarded a refund there is a 25% restocking fee, whether the item has been delivered/picked up or not  (NO EXCEPTIONS)

2 All Items Are Custom Made & Built From The Ground Up (Federal & Ca Highway Approved)(Ca License Plate)

3 Ship Ready Items Are Immediately  Ready For Pick Up / Shipping from 92113

4 Shipping/Freight is done by a 3rd party provider. 

5 We can assist and arrange shipping for you or can use your own shipping method.

6 Any problem during shipment will be handled by shipper/not seller shipper is responsible for item if in possession

7 Non Ship Ready Items usually ship before or within 40 days minimum  (Building Period)

8 Finance: Pay Now/Pay Later Does Not Apply To Ship Ready Items

9 You Can Use Finance Finance: Pay Now/Pay Later To Put Deposit On A Ship Ready Item 

10 Can Hold For 10 days , After 10 days a $300 storage fee will be added to total , after 15 days no pickup automatic loss/forfeiture unless otherwise agreed upon.

11. Items being delivered and buyer does not show , buyer will pay for second attempt delivery or arrange pick up in san diego , ca . If not paid or picked up exactly a week from MISSED DELIVERY a $300 fee will be assessed. After 15 days deposit/trailer is forfeited if failure to complete transaction/ownership in the time constraint. 

12.  Finance: Pay Now/Pay Later On Non Ship Ready Items full amount must be paid within 30 days of first payment

13. After 30 days Of No Payment of Remaining Balance an extra $300 storage fee will be added to total price

14. If no payment of any kind is made after 40 days another $200 fee. After 45 days unit/payment is loss/forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.

15. AT NO TIME IS A DEPOSIT OR Finance: Pay Now/Pay Later Payment Refundable

16. After 120 Days if item is not received or shipped by seller buyer may ask for a full refund (this excludes any delays due to shipping or carrier).& products being built or modified to code/inspection/permit. .

17. Gather & Revise All Info On Your Trailer & Make Sure All Needs Are Met Before Purchasing !! There Are No Refunds, Exchanges, Returns Of Any Kind, All Sales Are Final !!!!!!!

18. (REVISED 2/1/22) - For Trailers Being Built For Code/Inspection/Permit either state or city, (Deposits Are Not Refundable At Any Point), We Do Give Free A Free Quote & Sample Blueprint Before Purchasing. We usually require 75% down to begin, however we will allow a minimum non refundable amount of $1000,00 for customized blueprint plans for city submission prior to construction. When plans are approved $1000.00 will be deducted from the overall price (still required to pay 75% down to begin construction process).....
